  • Week 2: Nutrition 101 Ultra Simplified part 1: macronutrients, plant-based proteins. Simple dinner ideas.

  • Week 3: Nutrition 101 Ultra Simplified part 2: micronutrients, superfoods, nutrient-density, healthy aging. Healthy breakfasts/snacks. Smoothies and energy balls.

  • Week 4: Digestion, fermented foods, gluten-free, plant-based dairy. Easy lunch ideas.

  • Week 5: Flavors, aromas, colors. Kitchen remedies, tea making. Turmeric milk and other medicinal beverages.

  • Week 6: History of diet trends and interests, with overview of current research. Impact of our food choices. Shopping tips and tricks. Q & A.
