Chef Mark Reinfeld has been teaching vegan culinary classes, workshops, immersions and teacher trainings all over the world for the last 25 years. These events are fun, informative and even life-changing. Courses vary in length from 2 days to 10 days.

  • Nourish Your Life Through Food - A Virtual 6-Part Introduction to Successful Plant-Based Living

From how to set up your kitchen for success, to simple recipes you can feed to your family and the basics of plant-based nutrition, this virtual series is sure to set you on the right track for creating the healthy life you desire.

  • Living Beyond Cancer - A Virtual 7-Part Program for Optimizing Life After Cancer for Survivors & their Loved Ones

    Join Dr. Robert Ellis, DO, Ashley Boudet, ND and Chef Mark Reinfeld as they demystify the lifestyle modification protocols known to increase survivorship during cancer remission. From how to set up your kitchen for success, to simple plant-based recipes you can feed to your family and the basics of plant-based nutrition, this series is built upon evidence-based consensus from the American Society of Clinical Oncology, National Institutes of Health, and National Comprehensive Cancer Network as well as the recommended lifestyle modifications of MD Anderson on Survivorship. The focus will be on three pillars: plant-based nutrition, mindfulness and exercise.

  • Vegan Fusion Institute Teacher Training

    Are you called to share your love and passion for the plant-based lifestyle with the world? Do you want to show others how to prepare delicious plant-based foods but are not sure what goes into creating a successful plant-based cooking class or demonstration? Whether you want to conduct classes in your community, or are looking to add a culinary teaching component to your existing business, take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn from Chef Mark Reinfeld, with over 25 years experience teaching home cooks and professional chefs alike the art of plant-based cuisine. Chef Mark has conducted dozens of teacher trainings around the world, including one for Whole Foods cooking demo staff.

    In this 2 ½ hour zoom presentation, which includes a comprehensive 20 page teacher training manual, you will have the chance to have all of your questions answered as you watch Chef Mark conduct and deconstruct a successful cooking demonstration. From creating a menu and shopping list, to fielding questions and staying centered and organized in front of others, this course will give you the confidence and skills you need to start crushing your cooking demos.

  • Kids Can Cook

    We are inviting kids age 3 and up to bring a grownup to join River (virtually) in learning to make some fun and easy kid friendly recipes. You will receive a shopping list ahead of time along with a list of needed supplies. We will learn about proper setup, staying clean and organized, (or getting messy!) presenting our culinary creations, and cleaning up after ourselves. Presented by Ashley Boudet, ND, and Chef Mark Reinfeld, aka, The Doctor & The Chef.

  • Brain Health 101 with John Pierre and Chef Mark

    The Ahimsa Bros presents an evening with John Pierre and Chef Mark Reinfeld. Join these two Vegan Hall of Fame inductees for a virtual event as they chart a course for attaining optimal brain health. JP will share foods and physical exercises that both protect and enhance cognitive functioning. Chef Mark will introduce delicious and simple recipes you can easily incorporate into your daily life to provide the best brain nutrition.
