This culinary training is a perfect fit for anyone wanting to take a deep dive into the main vegan and raw food culinary techniques, as well as palate development, recipe development, and specialized cooking such as oil-free and gluten-free.

Expert guest instructors on the topics of bread baking, classic techniques, pastry, plating, and the healing qualities of food provide a transformative experience to take your vegan culinary skills to new levels. The training is approved by the American Culinary Federation for 120 continuing education credit hours.

    • Small group classes - 4-6 person maximum to allow for individual attention and mentorship

    • Online culinary training that covers the main plant-based culinary techniques

    • 4 Hours of Class Time/Day, plus approximately 2 hours prep time, 5-Days/Week

    • This program has been approved by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF) for 120 credit hours toward the initial or recertification application for ACF certification. Upon successful completion of the 4-Week Vegan Cooking Challenge, students will receive a certificate of completion acknowledging the ACF credit hours.
