This unique program involves 4 hours/day of kitchen time with Chef Mark on interactive video - in a small group setting, as well as weekly one-on-one coaching calls, to allow for maximum impact and to be able to meet you where you are at. This culinary training is a perfect fit for anyone wanting to take a deep dive into the main vegan and raw food culinary techniques, as well as palate development, recipe development, and cooking for special diets such as oil-free and gluten-free.

Expert guest instructors on the topics of bread baking, pastry, pasta and the healing qualities of food provide a transformative experience to take your vegan culinary skills to new levels. The training is approved by the American Culinary Federation for 120 continuing education credit hours. All sessions are recorded and available for viewing at your convenience.
