This unique program involves 4 hours/day of kitchen time with Chef Mark on interactive video - in a small group setting, as well as weekly one-on-one coaching calls, to allow for maximum impact and to be able to meet you where you are at. This culinary training is a perfect fit for anyone wanting to take a deep dive into the main vegan and raw food culinary techniques, as well as palate development, recipe development, and cooking for special diets such as oil-free and gluten-free.

Expert guest instructors on the topics of bread baking, pasta and the healing qualities of food provide a transformative experience to take your vegan culinary skills to new levels. The full 4-week training (both two-week modules) is approved by the American Culinary Federation for 120 continuing education credit hours. All sessions are recorded and available for viewing at your convenience.
